Dr. Kwong was raised in Edmonton, Alberta and completed his undergraduate education at the University of Alberta. He earned his Optometric degree from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts and then completed a residency in ocular disease.
He joined Medical Center Eye Clinic in 2022. Prior to that he served as Assistant Professor at the Illinois College of Optometry and has provided eye care in the Portland area. Dr. Kwong has lectured nationally and participated in clinical research studies. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry.
When not practicing, he enjoys the various outdoor activities Oregon has to offer, travelling, and exploring all the coffee shops in the Pacific Northwest.
